This beta webpage is for you to know which items are available for resellers, adjust our wholesale pricing, and order us to bring the items to you for probable purchase after you inspect them.  There are three sections on this page: The pallet-list has a white background, it is at the top just under these instructions. (I put an item on your pallet as an example.)  The items recommended for you have a blue background.  Additional items, when showing at the bottom of the page, have pink background.  We re-verify the Amazon price of additional items' prices when you put them on your pallet.

1. Peruse the list(s) of available items. Click  the item Id# or "Amazon Page" for more information and images.  Click the "Put On Pallet" button to move an item onto your pallet.  Statistics, including the total cost of your pallet are displayed under the column headings. Statistics are automatically adjusted when you change an offer price. (The Reseller Price is based on 33.33% of the current Amazon Price, which we believe is standard wholesale pricing, but if not, contact us at 317 563-7998 to consider an all-item adjustment.)
   
2. Conversely, click the "Take Off Pallet" button to return an item to its list. Any adjusted price offer will be removed. Once An item has been removed the system may not allow you to put it back on your pallet, so don't take an Item off unless you are sure... contact us if this happens to you so we can put the item on manually for you...
    
   
3. UNDER CONSTRUCTION  > Push the button to let us know you are ready to inspect the items. print, email, close - do not make adjustments to your pallet. Wait for contact from us. We will bring the items you chose to you... you will have ample time to inspect the items.
   
4. The pallet stays the same as you left it when you close the program.

6. Things to know:
   
   1. You are buying items I donated to Extemplar University Inc to raise funds for our projects. I value your business and will make every effort to help you expand, obtain reasonably higher prices and broaden your scope without increasing your workload or investment. I prefer a minimum purchase of $200.
   2. All items are new in their original containers, unused with full warranty, owner's manuals, tags and labels. Where noted, some items have been tested more extensively, repaired, cleaned, and/or modified and improved. Some tiny, super-low priced items may not include the original box.
   3. ExU does not offer refunds, but we do have an exchange policy for items that are just not selling so you can eliminate waste.
   4. ExU offers:
      1. an online private consumer's view of your inventory that may be too large to display or ship otherwise.*
      2. a place where you can request items that your customers have requested from you.
      3. A secure photo lab complete with professional lighting, flooring, phone/camera stands, tables, and a variety of backdrops. Bring your own camera, phone.
      4. Online advertising media and services. Printable material for in-store presentation of boxed items like tents.
   5. Where noted you may be requested to submit review text on items you purchase from us. If so, we furnish a Google doc so you can easily dictate rough notes to us in a timely manner. Those who submit reviews as prescribed are granted special privileges and priorities on subsequent pallet items.
   6. ExU's list for Resellers changes everyday. as you build pallets during liquidation periods. Contact us by text to receive notifications of changes to our Resellers list during liquidation, which we plan to hold for a week or so each month. - 317 563-7998.
